DATA SECURITY IS
OUR PRIORITY
DATA SECURITY

Our lidars are desiged with the highest level of security in mind. There is no storage mechanism to store even a second of image they see. Hesai lidars are not capable of transmiting data wirelessly. They have no cellular connection, no Wi-Fi, and no Bluetooth. The only way for the lidar point cloud to be transferred out to the car is through a one-way secure cable, and all data is completely owned and controlled by our customers.

INFORMATION SECURITY

Establishing a reliable information security system is not only a compliance requirement, but also an essential commitment to customers. Hesai has passed ISO’s top information security management system certification (ISO/IEC 27001:2013) and the highest assessment level (AL3) of Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX), providing safe and reliable services to our partners around the world.
