Ownership of accounts, identification, and realization of opportunities within the Automotive market.
Development and execution of the Growth Strategy for OEM/Tier 1 Automotive customers.
Transparent alignment of key actions with stakeholders, including management and product owners.
Establishment of multi-level customer relationships to support account strategy, coordinating internal resources such as local field applications and engineers, program management, and business unit staff for driving design wins.
Driving the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, handling issue resolution, managing contract and pricing negotiations.
Provision of value-added feedback on customer needs to management, business units, and customer service teams.
Short- and long-term sales/revenue planning.
Requirements
A result-oriented, driven, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager with extensive sales experience at Automotive OEMs in EMEA.
Demonstrated success in driving results in the Automotive Market, with 5-10 years of experience in sales, applications, program management, or marketing.
Strong interpersonal skills, a team player capable of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Resourceful and creative in finding efficient and effective ways to achieve goals.
Hungry and results-oriented, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and motivation to learn, plan, execute, deliver, and be accountable for results.
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Preferred background in selling opto-mechatronic/sensor solutions (Lidar/Camera/3D systems).
