How to effectively promote mass production of NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) at an affordable cost?

QCraft developed its own methodology of "Giga Factory" based on the core concepts of "data driven" and "high efficiency".

Based on this methodology, QCraft launched its latest automotive-grade autonomous mobility solution for series production, featuring its world-leading full stack autonomous driving technologies, enabling highway and urban roads NOA with just one hybrid solid-state lidar. Through OTA development, it can also unlock more high-level autonomous driving capabilities.

Recently, QCraft released its newest road test video. According to the video, QCraft's highway and urban roads NOA autonomous driving solution provides precise perception ability and strong adaptability to different scenes. It enables vehicles to accomplish complex operations such as lane changing, overtaking, taking U-turns, turning back, giving away, and emergency braking in high-traffic roads, ramps, viaducts, tunnels, and other scenes.

QCraft's latest solution supports one to five lidars, customized to satisfy different levels of autonomous driving with a universal tech stack, providing safe and affordable mass production solutions for different levels of needs.

QCraft's high-level autonomous driving solution accommodates multiple hardware configurations, including hybrid solid-state lidar, which accurately captures the 3D position and moving direction of surrounding objectives. This solution enables highway and urban NOA with as few as one lidar, and it is ready for large-scale automotive implementation.

Hesai's AT128 Hybrid solid-state lidar

As the key part of the solution, AT128 hybrid solid-state lidar uses Hesai's proprietary ASIC technology, integrating hundreds of discrete components on a few chips. It ensures the high performance and reliability of automotive-grade lidar, while significantly reducing the costs of mass production.

Hesai is the first lidar company to push lidar onto the track of Moore's Law, continuously increasing performance while reducing production costs and accelerating the development of autonomous vehicles.

Hesai AT128 hybrid solid-state lidar has already won multiple contracts from leading automakers and begun mass production in the second half of the year.

Hesai and QCraft have expanded their cooperation after signing a strategic agreement last year. QCraft's robotaxi fleet equips Hesai's lidars, guaranteeing the operation with stability and safety redundancy to promote the commercialization of autonomous driving. As of today, it has deployed nearly 100 autonomous vehicles of the Longzhou series in more than ten cities, including Suzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Chongqing, and Wuhan.
